Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Most people know me via my Instagram @annephung. I record my personal life: highs and lows, as well as all in between. My parents accompanied me into America in 1990, when I was just one-and-a half. It wouldn't be possible to share my story to you now without my parents' efforts to work to the max and sacrifice. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I strived to be their proudest and was a shrewd entrepreneur for success. My goal was to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure an excellent job. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. My goal was to go to university, graduate and get a corporate job. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and start a family. But life had different plans. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like working at my corporate job. Money and status did inspire me. I believed that I wasted my time to earn a paycheck. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I discovered the importance of personal training and that's my passion. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help people. This year I will celebrate my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I launched my own small business. Very few Asian women work in the industry of fashion. In order to be an innovator in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their goals. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their dreams and do all they wish to in life. My career exploded as I was experiencing the most happiness of my life. But, my mom died just as my career took off. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is at peace on Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. We can learn a lot from life, even though it may be difficult to see it now. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life for good. And I really believe that it provided me with a chance to experience life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life, and I got another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. When I reach the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live my life today instead of merely living like I was previously. When I tell the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people will be able to understand my experiences and thoughts. It is to know that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of genuine love. Therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. In the end, your the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. I hope that you enjoy the life you want to live and to die with no regrets because death is the sole thing promised to all of us during our lives.
