Canadian screen actor best known for her role as Bo Dennis in Lost Girl as Bo Dennis. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her first appearance in 2019. Silk has also been seen in Earthstorm (2006) as well as The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born to Peter Silk, an academic who hails from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk who is an actress producer director playwright educator. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Some of Annas earliest memories revolve around playing in rehearsals for her plays and watching her mom do her job. Silk made many commercials while she was still a tiny child. She received her degree from St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has staged two of its first plays, including Seven Menus. Samuel and Levi Cooperman are their names for their two children. In 2009, she was cast in the principal role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. CNN has named her portrayal of Bo along with Lauren on Lost Girl as a same-sex couple one of their favorite TV couples of all time. E! named them the Top Television Couple for 2013.
